One of the reasons we are so happy to be a part of the Monterey Coast/Carmel Realty team is our ability to give back to the community. Each year the company and agents donate thousands of dollars to hundreds of local and national charities. It was once said, "the most selfish thing you can do is help someone else, because the joy and satisfaction you get from that help is true happiness." We are lucky that the Peninsula is a small community, because everyday we get to see the positive affect we have on the area. Although, there is still plenty of good work to be done.
For each transaction we at Ben Zoller Properties conduct, a certain percentage is donated back to different charities or organizations that are important to us, or important to our clients. As clients or friends we think it is important for you to see where some of our time and money is contributed. Last year and this year we have supported the First Tee of Monterey County, Stevenson School, the University of Denver, the Carmelite Monastery, the Carmel Mission, the Knights of Columbus, AIM for Mental Health, and Youth on Course. In addition to direct contributions we are part of the small team that puts on the Carmel Mission Classic Car Show every year during car week at the Mission Basilica, which allows the Knights of Columbus to raise thousands of dollars for multiple organizations throughout Monterey County.
This is just the beginning, as Ben Zoller Properties continues to grow, our ability to give back will continue to grow. We are always looking for new charities in need of help, and with your continued support in trusting us with your real estate needs, we will be able to continue our support of local organizations.
