Meet The Team

Connor Marden is a Realtor serving the Monterey Peninsula and surrounding communities as a member of The Arnold Team. With a client-focused approach built on integrity, local insight and attentive service, Connor brings a genuine understanding of the area, its neighborhoods, and the lifestyle that makes the Monterey Coast unique. As a lifelong resident, he combines that local perspective with a calm, organized approach that helps clients feel informed, prepared and supported throughout the real estate process.

Before joining The Arnold Team Connor served as Associate Director of Home Services at Carmel Realty Company where he helped agents and clients prepare homes for market. His experience coordinating vendors, managing timelines, reviewing inspection-related needs, and supporting listing preparation gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to represent a property well and guide clients with care.

Connor earned his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Monterey Bay, after completing his Associate degree at Cuesta College. His background in psychology, real estate operations, hospitality, education and community service supports The Arnold Team's relationship-driven approach, built on strong communication, organization and trust with their clients.

Outside of real estate, Connor enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring the Monterey Peninsula, and giving back to the community that has always been home. He is proud to help clients achieve their real estate goals while building lasting relationships founded on trust, professionalism and genuine care.
