Based in Seaside, CA, Jezzel Chavez is a local professional with nearly a decade in management and nearly two decades in the hospitality sector. He joins Carmel Realty Company as the Vacation Rental Coordinator in the Property Management Division. His professional philosophy is rooted in genuine empathy; always asking how he would want to be treated if he were in the client's shoes. He prioritizes client satisfaction above all else, believing a happy client is the foundation to a long-term relationship.

An avid fan of sunshine and coastal nature, Jezzel is happiest when he's outside staying active. He is a devoted dog dad to his pup, Elbie, who is his constant companion anywhere & everywhere. He spends his free time recharging in the fresh air enjoying outdoor adventures, taking full advantage of everything the Peninsula and coast have to offer
