"Marchen-Haus" is a 1929 Historic Hugh Comstock cottage. This incredible representation is known to be one of his largest Whimsical Fairytale Cottages and can be found in the heart of the "Golden Rectangle" on a huge lot, by Carmel-by-the-Sea standards, and a short distance from town and the beautiful Carmel beaches. From its wavy wood shingle roof to its one of a kind fireplace, charm is something this home does not lack at all, with high vaulted open beamed ceilings and old wavy glass windows. These gems are few and far between and are rarely on the market.
