Matt Pridey embodies the characteristics and values of those dedicated to serving others. Having grown up in a ministry family, he developed a strong faith and core values that continue to guide his commitment to helping others.

 

He resides in Corral De Tierra with his wife, Whitney, and their children, Harper and Brooks. Matt is well connected in the Highway 68 corridor, Salinas Valley, and across the Monterey Peninsula, using the tools, work ethic and relationships he developed over his professional golf career to ensure a successful outcome and experience for his clients

 

Years of competition as a golfer at the collegiate and professional levels, have contributed to a unique skill set. His experiences have equipped him with a competitive drive and level of preparation, attention to detail and commitment to hard work that cater to a winning mentality. By nature, Matt is thoughtful and focuses on delivering personalized care and value, always acting in the best interests of his clients and community. These experiences and skills have been paired with a deep understanding of local real estate, giving him a powerful advantage in the market.
