The Del Monte forest that inhabits Pebble Beach is a microcosm of the Monterey Coast with pocket climates unique to all of the surrounding areas. When cruising along the famed 17-mile Drive, you will drive through sweeping open coastal plains, warm hills covered with Monterey Pines and Cypress Groves so dense they create their own ecosystem.
Carmel-by-the-Sea is every climate in one. Warm days full of sunny blue skies slowly turn into evenings enveloped by fog carrying the scent of wood-burning fireplaces and the sound of crashing waves echoing throughout this seaside village.
